License

The program Natural Calculator English Version (later, software product) is distributed on the try-before-you-buy basis, which prescribes the following:

1. Only the author of the program has the exclusive copyright for this product.
2. You may use the present software product during the 30-day trial period. If you would like to continue using the program, you must buy the license.
3. The registered copy of the software product allows its usage only on a single personal computer. If the customer wants to use the present software product on more than one PC, he will have to buy a separate license for each PC.

   After the registration procedure, the user is granted a non-exclusive license for any legal usage of the present software product on the number of PCs prescribed in the license. The registered software product cannot be leased, but it can be handed in full (under the condition that the recipient accepts the present license). When the handed product is updated, the recipient also gets all the previous versions.

4. The unregistered trial version of the software product may be distributed on the free-of-charge basis (except for the cases listed later) in its original appearance without any changes and additions.
   1. Individuals and legal bodies are not allowed to distribute the present software product or its separate parts without written permission from the copyright owner.
   2. Distribution of the unregistered version of the present software in a package with other software products without written permission from the copyright owner is strictly forbidden.
   3. It is strictly forbidden to distribute the present software product on a data bearer with cracks, key generators, and other spyware products.
5. The present software product is distributed on an "as is" principle. It does not suppose any guarantees, either direct or indirect. You use the product at your own risk. Neither the copyright owner nor his authorized agents are responsible for any data losses, damages, profit losses, and other inconveniences caused by the usage of the present program (correct or incorrect).
6. There are no additional sideway payments, except for the license purchase.
7. You cannot use, copy, emulate, clone, sell, edit, decompile, disassemble, or hand over the licensed software product or its parts in ways other than listed in the present license agreement. Unauthorized usage and violation of any of the above mentioned rules and regulations automatically leads to instant termination of the present license and is subject to the initiation of a civil or criminal case.

   It is strictly forbidden to use the binary and program codes of the software product without written permission from the copyright owner.

   Key files of the software product cannot be distributed (except for the cases listed in article 3) beyond the limits of the sphere controlled by a person who bought the original license without written permission from the copyright owner.

   All rights not granted to the customer clearly in full measure belong to the author (copyright owner).

8. Installation and usage of the present software product speaks to your acceptance of the present license agreement.
9. If you do not accept the present license agreement, you are to uninstall the program, delete all the files related to the software product from your devices, and abandon further usage of the present software product.
